Know that I am the Self.
Know that I exist in all beings.
Know that I was, I am, I will be.
Know that I am unattached, witnessing.
Know that this universe exists because I witness it.

Know that I am the Self.
Know that my nature is bliss.
Know that I cannot be witnessed.
Know that I cannot be experienced.
Know that I cannot be seen.

Know that I am the Self.
Know that I witness all happiness.
Know that I witness all sadness.
Know that I witness all that can be known.
Know that I witness all that cannot be known.
Know that I am the silence.
Know that my nature is unobstructed flow.
Know that I cannot be known —
for to know, there must be another.
